Your Children’s Trees
Your Children’s Trees is a volunteer non-profit urban forestry organization. We work throughout Santa Barbara County to grow, plant and care for trees primarily in public areas, and to provide educational outreach to schools and the community about the benefits of trees. We work in conjunction with the campus-recognized organization Your Children’s Trees at UCSB, at North County locations including Waller Park, with the boys at Los Prietos Camp, and at Elings Park among other sites.

South Coast Habitat Restoration
South Coast Habitat Restoration is a local non-profit organization based in Carpinteria that is dedicated to environmental stewardship and habitat enhancement. We emphasize steelhead trout recovery through a variety of watershed restoration projects throughout Santa Barbara and Ventura counties.
Our mission is to protect, and restore habitat as well as native biodiversity throughout the Santa Barbara and Ventura area. This is accomplished through the management and implementation of restoration projects as well as public outreach events. The Vernon and Mary Cheadle Center for Biodiversity and Ecological Restoration is a center under the Office of Research. Our mission is to preserve and enhance our natural heritage through leading biodiversity research, conservation, and ecological restoration, including stewardship of campus lands, organismal biology, and preservation of natural history collections.

Channel Islands Restoration
We’re a 501(c)(3) non-profit contractor that works to restore habitat on the Channel Islands and adjacent mainland through invasive plant management, native plant propagation, and native plant installation.
We promote environmental education on the Central Coast through lectures, service trips, and habitat restoration volunteer opportunities. We conduct research and monitoring to identify further habitat restoration efforts.
